A little late childhood.. what can I say? I was a late bloomer

Childhood, well I know one thing that can be said about it, we’ve all been through it and since you have made it this far, you survived it.. congratulations.

Childhood there is so much that can written about childhood but it seems that a lot of people want to go back, back to being carefree back to things being simple and fun.  They can still be this way I am 27 and I have not grown up and I never will! you cant make me nananabooboo..  Having responibilties and even children of your own does not mean you have to grow up, keep the childhood mentality and the amazing imagination, there is a way to balance both.

If I were given the chance to go back, I would say no.  I have made it this far for a reason and I am here to stay.  A lot of people would, they want to go back and change this, and stop this from happening or do something differently.  When you think of going back what would you change?  Something terrible? An untimely death? Mistakes you have made? Now ask yourself if these events and moments good or bad you wished were different, have they helped shape you into the person you are today? Did you learn from them? Are you happy?

Now imagine this scenario, you go back and you change the bad, fix your mistakes, and lose the lessons you learned from everything, only to arrive back in the future to see that everything is worse. You are here now living a life you never wanted for yourself, your spouse, kids, job and house all different or nonexistent? How would you feel about everything you changed? Would you still be happy?

Ok what if your not living the life you want? you did not learn from anything? and keep making the same mistakes?  Well to that I say there is always hope for the future, change is always possible, the past is gone let it go and move on.  You may also be lucky and nothing would change for you, could still be living in that same future, or a better one but why chance it?  forget the what ifs.  Don’t fret the past its the reason you are who you are today, as I said at the beginning of this post.. You survived it now celebrate it
